FEAR is the basic expression of MAYA (or, Ignorance) in the Human Being. Where knowledge is complete, there is no fear.
We can conquer FEAR either through TOTAL SURRENDER of our actions or , through TOTAL LOVE or, through TOTAL KNOWLEDGE.
As we move from fear to total fearlessness, we move nearer to liberation, or Moksha. Total Fearlessness is Moksha in itself.
If such total liberation is achieved through TOTAL SURRENDER of the fruits of action – it is called Karma Yoga;
If it is through TOTAL LOVE, it is called Bhakthi Yoga;
If it is through TOTAL KNOWLEDGE, it is called Jnana Yoga.
For Persons who are more body oriented - Karma Yoga comes easily.
For persons who are more emotionally oriented – Bhakthi Yoga Comes easily.
For persons oriented more towards intellect and Logic, Jnana Yoga is the Best means for Moksha.
Fear arises and persists when these are not total.
